Who We Are
Who Is Pairix?
Pairix Digital is a software development agency focused on building custom digital products for startups and businesses — including MVP development, SaaS platforms, e-commerce experiences and custom software, built end to end by a small, direct team.
Our Story
Why We Started Pairix
Before Pairix
Both founders had already worked together in software development, learning how products get built, how teams operate, and how development agencies interact with clients.
What we saw
Along the way, we saw recurring problems — in decision-making, communication, task management and product understanding — that slowed projects down and created gaps between what clients wanted and what got built.
What we decided
We didn't want to just complain about it. We wanted to build a company around solving it. That became Pairix.
Decision-making
Projects could slow down when important decisions weren't made clearly or quickly.
Communication
Gaps between what the client imagined and what the development team understood.
Task management
Tasks assigned without enough context, prioritization, or understanding of dependencies.
Product understanding
A technical spec can exist and still miss what the client is actually trying to achieve.
The Name
Why the Name Pairix?
"Pairix" starts with Pair. That's where the idea began — two people who already knew how to work together, whose strengths complement each other, building one company on shared standards.
The Team
Meet the Founders
Boukli Hacene Charaf Eddine
Co-Founder, Pairix Digital
Full-stack developer working across Angular, React Native, Next.js, NestJS, Go and Node.js — covering frontend, backend, mobile and deployment on Pairix's projects.
Why Two Founders
Built on Collaboration
Pairix wasn't built around a single person's vision. It was built by two people who already knew how to challenge ideas, make decisions, solve problems and work toward the same outcome — the name Pairix represents the way the company actually operates.
Lessons
What Our Experience Taught Us
Communication is part of development.
A developer can't build the right product if the product vision isn't understood.
Context matters.
A task shouldn't exist in isolation — the team should understand why it's being built.
Decisions need ownership.
Projects move faster when responsibilities and decisions are clear.
Requirements need clarity.
The client shouldn't have to become an engineer to explain their product, and the team shouldn't have to guess.
Developers should understand the product.
Good development is about understanding the problem the code is meant to solve — not just writing it.
Our Principles
How We Work
Clarity
We make sure everyone understands what's being built and why.
Communication
We keep communication direct and understandable, not buried in status reports.
Ownership
Someone is responsible for every important decision and outcome.
Collaboration
We work with clients, not just receive tasks from them.
Product thinking
We consider the business problem behind the software, not just the ticket.
Engineering quality
We build with maintainability, performance and security in mind from the start.
Our Philosophy
We Don't Just Build What We're Asked
Clients often know the problem they want to solve but not always the best technical implementation. Our job isn't to blindly translate every request into code — it's to understand what you're trying to achieve, identify the right technical approach, and build a solution that actually serves the product.
